IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on IT Manager to lead on‑site IT operations and manage a team of IT Engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient day‑to‑day IT services for employees, covering end‑user support, local infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity measures, and vendor coordination.

As an IT Manager, you will report to the VP of Infrastructure and be accountable for all on‑site IT operations. You will collaborate with central Infrastructure, DevOps, and Cybersecurity teams to align local IT services with group standards while addressing site‑specific needs. Your role is to ensure high availability, strong security, and excellent service quality across end‑user computing, networking, and local infrastructure, while leading and developing an on‑site IT team and managing external vendors.
