IT Manager

The IT Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations supporting retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices in the Philippines. The role ensures the stability, security, and performance of retail systems while aligning local IT initiatives with global IT strategies and governance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end IT operations for retail stores, warehouses, and corporate offices nationwide Ensure high availability and performance of retail systems, including POS, payment platforms, ERP, inventory management, and omnichannel solutions Align local IT operations with global IT strategies, architecture, standards, and governance Oversee network infrastructure, store connectivity, cloud-based and on-premise systems Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and Philippine regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 Lead IT service management functions such as incident, problem, change, and release management Manage local IT teams, external service prov...
