THE ROLE & THE TEAM

The mission of the IT Systems Administrator is to engineer a frictionless, AI-augmented employee experience while maintaining a Secure-by-Design posture.

DAY TO DAY (ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Systems & Security Orchestration
  • ICT Support: Manage the internal demands of Client through Jira Service Management and Slack, and ensure our teams have the technology they need to do their jobs.
  • MDM Mastery: Manage and optimize our macOS fleet using Mosyle, ManageEngine, ensuring zero‑touch deployment and automated patch management.
  • Compliance Automation: Maintain an always‑audit‑ready state within Vanta, closing security gaps in real‑time to meet SOC2/ISO27001 standards.
  • SaaS Governance: Audit and optimize our core stack (Salesforce, Slack, Jira, Miro) to ensure we aren't over‑provisioned and that integrations are secure.
