Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure and systems, including servers, storage, networking, and security.
Experience with data center design, planning, and construction.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
