Job Description
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage the Information Technology Department activities while providing clear direction and goals.
- Understand, implement, and collaborate to improve the organization’s global IT practices.
- Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, systems, and vendors to identify areas of improvement. Prepare cost-benefit analysis reports when necessary. Evaluate vendors and solutions to ensure they offer the best possible product, service, and value for company needs.
- Preserve information assets by implementing, maintaining, and monitoring disaster recovery processes, back-up procedures, and information security and control structures. Backups include servers, cloud operations, and core JAC IT infrastructure.
