Looking for a strategic IT leadership role with real impact?

As IT Manager for Ford Credit Italia & Ford Italia, you’ll lead all local IT operations and act as the key interface between business teams, global IT, and external partners – covering Italy and Greece. This is a high-visibility role with cross-functional exposure and a direct impact on digital transformation.


You’ll manage the full IT landscape for over 300 users across Rome and Athens, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, end-user services, dealer systems and project management. You’ll ensure Ford’s global standards are implemented locally – while adapting to market-specific needs.


  • Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, service management and tech project delivery
  • Proven leadership record with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills – experience of working with both local and international teams
  • Strong technical foundation with working knowledge of IT infrastructure, Microsoft platforms, Google Cloud Hosting, SharePoint, Cyber Security, and ITIL best practices
  • Experience in IT security and controls, DORA expertise preferable
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and communicate tech topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to occasionally travel within the region

    This position is based in Rome, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Rome office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
