Overview

Lead IT team in analysing and recommending improvements to the overall operational efficiencies of IT infrastructure (Network, Server, Cloud Systems, Storage, Backup, etc.). To ensure IT infrastructure ready to support current and future business requirements. Lead IT team to ensure proactively addressing user requests, identify and troubleshoot problems, and provide timely advice to meet user requirements, ensuring smooth operation of end-user systems and their availability. Oversee daily monitoring, patch updates, configuration reviews, and hardware replacements as necessary to maintain infrastructure health and performance. Liaise and negotiate with vendors to ensure all projects, services, and tasks are implemented according to agreed time frame, specifications and costing.
