Job Description
Our client, a leading Portuguese company in the distribution & logistics sector, is seeking an IT Manager (on-site). In this role, you will lead the development and operation of critical IT systems, manage a team of IT professionals, and ensure efficient, secure, and scalable technology solutions across the organisation.
What You Bring:
Team Leadership & Coordination: Minimum of 5 years' experience coordinating teams in application development and data integration.
Leadership & Soft Skills: Strong leadership, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills for team management, project coordination, and user engagement.
Communication & Operational Orientation: Excellent communication skills, user-focused mindset, and ability to manage priorities in an operational context.
Systems Architecture: Familiarity with information systems architecture, ideally aligned with ITIL standards.
