Key Responsibility : Must have knowledge of IT monitoring software, Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools and mythology. • Health check, monitoring & tuning to ensure uptime with respective monitoring teams. • Management and support of all monitoring environments. • Deploy and configure Instana/eG/DT agents across various environments, ensuring optimal performance monitoring. • Maintaining inventory of systems configured in monitoring system. • Monitor, Investigate, diagnose and report issues in system and application monitoring using IT Monitoring tools and techniques. • Project Management to ensure timely release of deliverables and maintaining history. • Reporting, Tracking, Resolution / closure and RCA of the issues & incidents. • Recommendation for optimum utilization of monitoring syst...
