Our client is a reputed and sizable logistics firm with branches across the globe. They are now looking for potential incumbents to join their team and work together for meaningful global projects.

  • Provide technical support on global network, IP telephony and Contact Centre for 200 offices worldwide
  • Participate in data networking, network security and IP telephony research and development projects
  • Involve in architectural design and implementation of global voice and network infrastructure projects
    • Requirement: :
  • 1+ year relevant experience in technical support with strong technical problem diagnosis skills
  • Knowledge in Cisco networking technology, Wireless LAN, Firewall/VPN and IP Telephony
  • Holder of CCNA and CCNP is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus
