About the Role

The IT Officer ensures smooth operation of SCG’s digital systems, providing user support, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage user accounts and system access.
• Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and escalate issues.
• Support deployment of business applications and ERP systems.
• Maintain IT assets and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
• Train employees on IT tools and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 0–3 years in IT support or system administration; new graduates are welcome .
• Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and office productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
