Overview

Support day to day IT support matters, handling Request/Incident tickets from ServiceNow platform, support Global IT team in local IT operation (Hand & Feet support).

Responsibilities

  • Handle Request/Incident tickets from ServiceNow platform
  • Support Global IT team in local IT operations (hands & feet)

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience (excl. internship)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across systems/platforms
  • Knowledge of network & infrastructure support
  • Able to work independently & prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Technical Skills

  • a. Support Windows, IOS
  • b. Support basic network troubleshooting
