Role:


As a Hemmersbach Technician you will be a direct customer contact for various requirements.


  • Help users with their problems and requests.
  • Analyse errors, maintain hardware, set up and remove workstations, install and configure new software (IMACD), and manage user accounts via Active Directory.
  • Log the approach and the solution to problems in a ticketing system.
  • Provide local support to resident technicians and remote support to the rest of the headquarters of the Corporate Group, according to demand.
  • Interact with external service providers.
  • Attend weekly telephone conferences with the international team (in English).
  • Provide meeting rooms support.
