Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for users, systems, and applications.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, PCs, mobile devices, POS systems, printers, and scanners.
  • Ensure smooth operation of retail systems.
  • Perform system updates, patching, and firmware upgrades as needed.
  • Assist with IT procurement, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Support IT projects such as local initiatives, store, renovation, and retail events.
  • Provide in-store support during business hours, with flexibility for urgent after-hours needs.
