Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day IT support for users, systems, and applications.Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure, PCs, mobile devices, POS systems, printers, and scanners.Ensure smooth operation of retail systems.Perform system updates, patching, and firmware upgrades as needed.Assist with IT procurement, asset tracking, and vendor coordination.Support IT projects such as local initiatives, store, renovation, and retail events.Provide in-store support during business hours, with flexibility for urgent after-hours needs.
