What you'll do:

Supports local infrastructure and local plant users. First level support to any Infrastructure issue, escalate to Service Desk or proper support group in division or global teams. Provides continuity to Service Desk. Maintain IT Standards aligned and up to date. Support division and global groups during projects implementation. Monitor, attend, follow up and Close Local Incidents and Requests based on ServiceDesk KPIs. Manage, follow up and close Local, Division and Global project or task assigned. Create Weekly and Monthly Infrastructure KPI Reports. Create Action Register when need it and follow up. Manage IT budget to support local Infrastructure. Follow up activities coordinated by Local IT Supervisor. Maintain smooth operation of Local Area.
