IT Operations Analyst (Senior Level Analyst)

  • Provides support for ticket dispatching operations and chat support.
  • Manages and administers the ManageEngine Service Desk.
  • Oversees projects and enhancements related to other service desks (Support Service Desk).
  • Performs various tasks associated with IT governance and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related courses.
  • Knowledgeable in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
  • Familiar with key technologies such as Microsoft 365.
  • Preferably experienced with ticketing systems like ManageEngine or ServiceNow.
  • ITIL certified (Preferred).
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Preferred.
  • Willing to report regularly to the Makati Office.
