IT Operations Analyst (Senior Level Analyst)
- Provides support for ticket dispatching operations and chat support.
- Manages and administers the ManageEngine Service Desk.
- Oversees projects and enhancements related to other service desks (Support Service Desk).
- Performs various tasks associated with IT governance and compliance.
Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related courses.
- Knowledgeable in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
- Familiar with key technologies such as Microsoft 365.
- Preferably experienced with ticketing systems like ManageEngine or ServiceNow.
- ITIL certified (Preferred).
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) - Preferred.
- Willing to report regularly to the Makati Office.
