IT Operations Coodinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Coordinator to lead the IT Operations team with a focus on device lifecycle management on-site support for our physical offices and the execution of operational processes related to access provisioning and deprovisioning. This role is strategic to ensuring the availability efficiency and governance of the company’s technology assets and access controls while maintaining alignment with global security standards and user-experience best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Device Management (End-User Computing)

• Ensure accurate global inventory control of notebooks monitors and all end-user devices.
• Plan hardware refresh cycles replacement of obsolete equipment and proper disposition of retired assets.
• Anticipate demand based on headcount movements and generate forecasts for future purchases.
• Oversee the full asset lifecycle (procurement distribution maintenance decommissioning).
