Job Description
About the Role
We are a 40-year-old gold chains manufacturing business currently undergoing a massive digital overhaul. We are moving from legacy workflows to a high-performance, automated environment. We need an intern who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty—both in Python code and Network Hardware.
You will be the primary support for our ERP Go-Live and will lead the upgrade of our office and factory network infrastructure.
The Roadmap (Phased Approach)
- Month 1 (The Support Hero): Shadow the founder to understand the gold manufacturing workflow. Act as Tier 1 support for staff during the Frappe ERP Go-Live. Collect feedback, log bugs, and help staff transition from paper to digital.
- Month 2 (The Builder): Assist in fixing ERP bugs (Server/Client scripts) and building custom reports.
