It Operations & Digital Transformation Associate

We are a 40-year-old gold chains manufacturing business currently undergoing a massive digital overhaul. We are moving from legacy workflows to a high-performance, automated environment. We need an intern who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty—both in Python code and Network Hardware.

You will be the primary support for our ERP Go-Live and will lead the upgrade of our office and factory network infrastructure.

• Month 1 (The Support Hero): Shadow the founder to understand the gold manufacturing workflow. Act as Tier 1 support for staff during the Frappe ERP Go-Live. Collect feedback, log bugs, and help staff transition from paper to digital.
• Month 2 (The Builder): Assist in fixing ERP bugs (Server/Client scripts) and building custom reports.
• Month 3+ (The Architect): Lead the network infrastructure upgrade. You will help set up Firewalla routers, configure TP-Link Omada VLANs for security, and implement Tailscale for secure remote access.

• The Tinkerer Spirit: You have a\ "Home Lab,\" have messed around with Raspberry Pis, or enjoy self-hosting your own services.
• Technical Foundation: Basic proficiency in Python and JavaScript (required for Frappe/ERPNext).
• Networking Curious: You know what a Subnet and a VLAN are, or you are eager to learn how to build professional-grade networks.
• Patience & Empathy: You can explain a software feature to a craftsman who has worked with gold for 30 years but is new to ERPs.
• Education: Pursuing or recently graduated with a B.Tech/BCA in Computer Science or IT.

• Software: Frappe Framework, ERPNext, Linux (Ubuntu/Debian).
• Networking: Firewalla Gold, TP-Link Omada SDN, Tailscale VPN.
• Identity: Windows Domain Controllers / Cloud Directory.
