Job Description
The IT Operations & Digital Workplace Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving the organization’s digital workplace environment. This role manages employee laptop setup and technical support, designs and maintains Microsoft 365 solutions (including Microsoft Forms and Power Automate Flows), and creates and supports Intranet Hubs (SharePoint/Teams) to streamline workflows, communication, and operational efficiency. The role works closely with IT, HR, Operations and leadership to support onboarding, automation, and internal systems.
