We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Operations Engineer to join our Cheltenham, London, Leeds, Amersham or Birmingham office on an 18 month fixed‑term contract. The IT Operations team maintains our IT infrastructure, supports the business to get the most out of our third‑party and internally developed software, and delivers IT solutions for external clients. We produce a wide variety of business systems that are used across all our practice areas.

The role involves supporting infrastructure integration activities, including system migrations, onboarding new platforms, and enabling services resulting from business change. It will ensure stable, secure, well‑monitored, and integrated infrastructure services with a strong focus on reliability, automation, cross‑team collaboration, and tackling technical debt.
