IT Operations Engineer

Job type: 12 month contract (renewable based on performance) | on-site

Responsibilities

• Responsible for business-related system IT operation and maintenance.
• Perform rapid diagnosis and resolution of critical system failures.
• Support system uptime and service continuity, including night on-call duty when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address application issues and ensure system reliability.
• Conduct performance monitoring, basic troubleshooting, and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates with IT programming background are welcome to apply.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Information Management & Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 103 years of working experience in Java development, and hands-on knowledge of databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL.
