Job Description Job Description Position Overview The IT Operations & Field Systems Lead is a senior, hands-on technology professional responsible for supporting and optimizing IT systems across plant, field, and office operations. This role is heavily focused on plant IT infrastructure and operational technology (OT) , ensuring reliable connectivity, system uptime, and rapid response for production-critical environments. This position partners closely with Plant Managers, Operations, Safety, and Corporate IT to design, deploy, and support technology that keeps batching plants and field operations running efficiently. This includes plant network design, production system connectivity, mobile/field technology, and on-site troubleshooting of mission-critical systems.
