IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer

Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of production IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise applications supporting manufacturing operations. The IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for production system reliability, network and server availability, cybersecurity compliance, and continuous improvement of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve real-time production IT issues, including ESOFT system incidents, system lag, login failures, and application errors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and ERP vendors to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent recurring production system issues.
• Configure, maintain, and monitor LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi networks, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.
• Administer servers including Active Directory, file servers, and application servers; perform patching, restarts, and preventive maintenance.
