What You Will Do
IT Operations & Support
- Lead day-to-day operations of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, copiers, PABX, network equipment, and CCTV systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure stable operation of email, ERP, CRM, and other business systems through vendor coordination
Systems Administration
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely access changes
- Maintain accurate IT asset and access records
Vendor Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for IT vendors and service providers
- Coordinate issue resolution, upgrades, and renewals
- Track IT contracts, licenses, and service agreements
