What You Will Do

IT Operations & Support

  • Lead day-to-day operations of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, copiers, PABX, network equipment, and CCTV systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Ensure stable operation of email, ERP, CRM, and other business systems through vendor coordination

Systems Administration

  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely access changes
  • Maintain accurate IT asset and access records

Vendor Management

  • Serve as primary point of contact for IT vendors and service providers
  • Coordinate issue resolution, upgrades, and renewals
  • Track IT contracts, licenses, and service agreements
