IT Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day performance, reliability, and security of BRAVAS’ IT environment. This role is critical in ensuring IT services operate smoothly, securely, and in line with business priorities and regulatory obligations.

This is a hands‑on operational role, working closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver stable, well‑governed IT operations.

Role Purpose

As the IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing IT service delivery, governance, vendors, risk, and compliance across the organisation. You will ensure systems, infrastructure, and end‑user support are reliable, secure, and fit for purpose, while continuously improving operational effectiveness.

The role has no direct reports but requires strong collaboration across Finance, People & Culture, Operations, Executive Leadership, and external vendors.
