IT Operations Manager (Datacenter)

Fully responsible for managing the IT operation team of Finnish data centers, overseeing the full‑lifecycle hardware maintenance of servers and network equipment, as well as the construction and ongoing maintenance of the data center’s in‑house network and supporting systems. Ensure 7x24 stable and secure operation, adhere to Finnish and EU data regulations, coordinate closely with electrical and mechanical teams, and drive the optimization of hardware, network and systems, alongside team building and compliant operations aligned with local sustainability goals.
