IT Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join the Systems team at D. E. Shaw India, based in Hyderabad. This role will lead the Network Operations Center (NOC), Data Center (DC), AudioVisual (AV), Unified Communications (UC), and IT Finance functions, with a primary focus on implementing and optimizing operational processes across these areas. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring key performance metrics to maintain high service quality, managing effective incident response to ensure business continuity, and overseeing vendor relationships and external service providers to enhance service levels.
