Role Overview

We are looking for an autonomous and hands-on IT Operations & Service Management professional to support and coordinate infrastructure-related services in a complex, international environment.

This role is strongly focused on operational execution, incident coordination, and service management discipline , rather than people management or strategic leadership. The ideal candidate is structured, reliable, and able to act on information efficiently without the need for repeated guidance.
