IT Operations Solutions Consultant MES

Multinational Swiss Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Consultant to lead Clariant’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives within our Operations Solutions team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of MES systems — from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment, training, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with global and local business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure effective MES integration with ERP, LIMS, PIMS, and plant automation layers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MES deployments globally, including planning, execution, support, and vendor coordination
• Design, develop, document, and configure MES modules based on user requirements
• Integrate MES solutions with SAP (PP, QM, LE, PM), PIMS, LIMS, and control systems
