**Connect and Control Technologies:** A leader in critical applications for the aerospace, defense and industrial markets, including harsh environment connectors and control components. Our leading brands include **ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls** and **kSARIA.**
**Positionsübersicht**
+ 1st/2nd Level Support (IT Help Desk) of all European locations of the ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen Group
+ Independent acceptance, analysis and resolution of internal service requests and fault reports (1st and 2nd level support) with a focus on clients, applications and peripherals
+ Escalation and handover of tickets to the internal IT teams and to the Enterprise IT of the parent company ITT
**Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten**
+ 1st/2nd Level Support (IT Help Desk) of all European locations of the ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen Group
+ Independent acceptance, analysis and resolution of internal service requests and fault reports (1st and 2nd level support) with a focus on clients, applications and peripherals
+ Escalation and handover of tickets to the internal IT teams and to the Enterprise IT of the parent company ITT
+ Procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance and documentation of the complete IT equipment (hardware and software)
+ Inventory of the complete IT equipment
+ Database maintenance and maintenance of ERP systems, Windows Active Directory and other company applications
+ Maintenance and updating of all hardware and software documentation
+ Assistant tasks in project management, especially project planning and tracking
+ Vacation replacement of the IT system engineer
+ Management of network infrastructure (switches, access points, cabling, network cabinets)
