  • Lead global ITSM transformation (ITIL v4 | ServiceNow MSP)
  • Build L1 & operating models internally
  • Drive Release Management modernization (CI/CD, automation, governance)
  • Implement Global CMDB & Asset Management
  • Govern vendor delivery (Capgemini Phase 2)
  • Establish governance, KPIs, reporting
  • Ensure operational readiness, adoption & BAU handover
  • Business case, ROI, budgeting alignmentClose Phase 2 of ITSM design/implementation
  • Establish global process maturity → move towards Level 3+
  • Create single global CMDB + asset repository
  • Standardize Incident / Problem / Change / Release / Event / Config mgmt
  • Create global governance cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Global Head of IT Operations should have:

  • 15+ years in IT Operations with real transformation leadership experience.
  • Expert in ITIL v4, ITSM uplift, ServiceNow models, and global process design.
  • Strong in vendor governance, operating‑model creation, and KPI/ROI ownership.
  • Strategic, polished communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.
  • Thrives in complex, multi‑region environments and builds structure from chaos.
  • Confident leading Release Management, CMDB, and Asset Management modernization.
  • A change‑agent who brings clarity, consistency, and long‑term operational maturity.
