A successful Global Head of IT Operations should have:
15+ years in IT Operations with real transformation leadership experience.Expert in ITIL v4, ITSM uplift, ServiceNow models, and global process design.Strong in vendor governance, operating‑model creation, and KPI/ROI ownership.Strategic, polished communicator who can influence senior stakeholders.Thrives in complex, multi‑region environments and builds structure from chaos.Confident leading Release Management, CMDB, and Asset Management modernization.A change‑agent who brings clarity, consistency, and long‑term operational maturity.
