Lead global ITSM transformation (ITIL v4 | ServiceNow MSP) Build L1 & operating models internally Drive Release Management modernization (CI/CD, automation, governance) Implement Global CMDB & Asset Management Govern vendor delivery (Capgemini Phase 2) Establish governance, KPIs, reporting Ensure operational readiness, adoption & BAU handover Business case, ROI, budgeting alignmentClose Phase 2 of ITSM design/implementation Establish global process maturity → move towards Level 3+ Create single global CMDB + asset repository Standardize Incident / Problem / Change / Release / Event / Config mgmt Create global governance cadences (weekly, monthly, quarterly) The Successful Applicant
A successful Global Head of IT Operations should have:
15+ years in IT Operations with real transformation leadership experience. Expert in ITIL v4, ITSM uplift, ServiceNow models, and global process design. Strong in vendor governance, operating‑model creation, and KPI/ROI ownership. Strategic, polished communicator who can influence senior stakeholders. Thrives in complex, multi‑region environments and builds structure from chaos. Confident leading Release Management, CMDB, and Asset Management modernization. A change‑agent who brings clarity, consistency, and long‑term operational maturity.
