Role Overview

We are looking for an IT OPS professional to provide day-to-day operational support for critical IT platforms and to support business teams in an international environment.

The role covers run activities, incident management, performance monitoring through KPIs, as well as contributions to continuous improvement initiatives, including work related to AI applied to knowledge management.

A dedicated training will be provided by internal teams to support onboarding and ramp-up on IT Ops activities.

Responsibilities

IT Ops Support – Business Platforms

  • Supervision and run monitoring of production environments
  • Building and tracking operational metrics
  • Taking into account Change Advisory Board (CAB) requests impacting operations
  • Supporting business teams in the event of critical incidents
  • Contributing to service continuity and operational quality
