GMV is expanding its cybersecurity sector to provide support services for IT infrastructure and service management. Join us as an IT Process Coordinator to manage process implementation, reporting and SLA coordination.
Responsibilities- Technical and operational coordination of projects to ensure timely execution and achievement of objectives.
- Manage, monitor and continually improve IT Service Management processes.
- Execute and optimize the global reporting model and consolidate the global SLA model.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Experience defining, implementing, measuring, and negotiating service‑level agreements (SLAs).
- Experience leading projects defining and implementing IT management processes based on ITIL best practices.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in ITSM process management and using tools such as ServiceNow.
- ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
- Hybrid working model.
