Job Description
Location: Ortigas
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies based on market trends, supplier performance, and cost analysis
- Manage the full IT supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, audits, and offboarding
- Conduct cost modeling, benchmarking, and lead contract negotiations to secure value and quality
- Identify and mitigate supply risks to ensure business continuity
- Collaborate with internal IT and business teams to address procurement needs and improve processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic IT procurement and supplier management
- Strong expertise in cost management, contract negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
- Professional procurement or supply chain certifications (CIPS, CPSM) are a plus
- Experience with IT goods, services, and technology suppliers preferred
