Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify IT suppliers, including hardware, software, cloud services, and IT consulting firms.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive pricing, innovative solutions, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for IT goods and services.
- Analyze supplier proposals, compare options, and provide recommendations to ensure value for money and service quality.
- Support contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand technology needs and procurement requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and support vendor management activities.
- Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and internal reporting.
- Stay updated on market trends, IT innovations, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and sourcing best practices.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement systems.
- Fluent in (English/Spanish) depending on location requirements.
