Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify IT suppliers, including hardware, software, cloud services, and IT consulting firms.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify competitive pricing, innovative solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and manage RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for IT goods and services.
  • Analyze supplier proposals, compare options, and provide recommendations to ensure value for money and service quality.
  • Support contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand technology needs and procurement requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support vendor management activities.
  • Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and internal reporting.
  • Stay updated on market trends, IT innovations, and compliance requirements.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and sourcing best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement systems.
  • Fluent in (English/Spanish) depending on location requirements.
