IT Program manager - Industrial solutions

We’re looking for a program manager to take ownership of high‑impact data and AI initiatives that drive measurable business results. You’ll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions—turning complex challenges into practical, scalable data products that improve operations, sales performance, and customer experience worldwide. You will join our client, a major electronics and R&D corporation with over 50,000 employees worldwide.

• Oversee and steer initiatives powered by digital technologies and AI within a service‑focused environment, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and generate clear operational improvements across field teams.
• Take ownership of implementing the Digital and AI roadmap for field operations, prioritizing enhancements in service performance and customer engagement.
• Serve as the connecting point between field operations and Digital/IT groups, converting business requirements into actionable technical approaches and maintaining strong alignment among all stakeholders.
• Partner closely with business and technical counterparts to drive end‑to‑end success of digital and AI solutions. Champion the integration of digital and AI practices, ensuring they support and reinforce the organization’s strategic goals.
• Work with diverse, cross‑functional teams to integrate digital platforms and AI‑driven capabilities into field workflows. Foster clear communication and coordination to keep all stakeholders aligned at every level.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or similar.
• 3+ years in program management, strategy implementation, or data‑driven project delivery.
• Proven success driving impact through digital or AI products in industrial or service environments.
• Familiarity with Azure, Gen AI or Copilot a plus.
