IT Programme PMO Lead

The IT Programme PMO Lead will set up and lead a global PMO supporting a complex IT TSA Exit Programme. This role brings teams together through clear governance, planning, and delivery coordination to ensure a smooth and timely TSA exit, with minimal impact on the business and customers. Working closely with senior leaders, vendors, and delivery teams, the PMO Lead helps keep everyone aligned, manages risks and dependencies, and supports consistent programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years leading complex programmes and/or project portfolios at a group or international level
• Strong experience managing large, multi-project programmes, preferably involving system integration, separation, or digital transformation initiatives
• Professional certification in programme or project management (e.g., PgMP, MSP, PMP) is highly desirable
