**Role Overview**
We are seeking a proactive **Programmer / IT Specialist** to support internal projects, improve systems, and help automate workflows across the firm. This is an **in-person position** that works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, efficient technical solutions.
Experience with **HubSpot** is a strong plus, as is familiarity with **Aircall** or the ability to learn both quickly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and execute internal IT and programming projects
- Collaborate with team members across departments to understand needs and deliver solutions
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot internal systems, integrations, and automations
- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows and reporting
- Support and maintain communication systems (Aircall)
- Clearly document processes and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proactively identify and solve system and workflow issues
