IT Project and Support Specialist

Position Overview

The role supports a wide range of IT activities including project coordination, systems support, hosting and domain management, onboarding and offboarding, and Level 1 application support. The position works closely with business teams, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of IT projects, reliable system operations and timely support delivery. The individual also performs IT tasks assigned by the IT Manager as part of operational or project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

IT Project Coordination (Primary Role)

• Coordinate end-to-end project activities across ERP, WMS, Microsoft ecosystem and digital initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, timelines, trackers and weekly progress updates.
• Arrange project meetings, prepare minutes, track action items and ensure timely follow-through.
