Key Responsibilities
- Derive business insights to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency across operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly invoicing in compliance with established invoicing standards.
- Review existing processes and propose actionable improvements.
- Support the implementation of new processes and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize Excel Macros and basic programming skills to automate and optimize workflows.
Asset Management Support:
Conduct variance audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Create, maintain, and document inventory locator records.
- Analyze dashboard data and provide insights and recommendations.
