Key Responsibilities

  • Derive business insights to support decision-making and drive operational improvements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance productivity and efficiency across operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly invoicing in compliance with established invoicing standards.
  • Review existing processes and propose actionable improvements.
  • Support the implementation of new processes and updates to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Utilize Excel Macros and basic programming skills to automate and optimize workflows.
  • Asset Management Support:

  • Conduct variance audits to ensure inventory accuracy.

  • Create, maintain, and document inventory locator records.
  • Analyze dashboard data and provide insights and recommendations.
