  • Experience in project coordination or IT project management.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
  • Certification – ITIL Foundation, PMP, CSM
