This is a remote position. We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator with experience supporting US and European IT Field Services projects. The role involves coordinating global field engineers, managing work orders, supporting IT recruitment activities, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with client SLAs, compliance standards, and time-zone requirements. This is a remote role based in India, requiring strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills. Key Responsibilities US/EU IT Field Services Project Coordination Coordinate IT field services projects across US and European regions (IMAC, break-fix, rollouts, site deployments) Manage work orders and dispatch on-site field engineers and partners Track SLA compliance, response times, and resolution timelines Coordinate activities across multiple time zones (IST, CET, GMT, EST, PST) Act as a primary coordination point between end clients, vendors, engineers, and internal delivery teams Ensure timely ticket closures and accurate documentation Resource & IT Recruitment Coordination Support IT recruitment and resource onboarding for US/EU field services projects Coordinate interview schedules, availability, and deployment readiness Maintain engineer pools, skill matrices, and regional coverage trackers Coordinate background verification, NDA, and onboarding documentation Align engineer availability with project schedules and regional demand Client Communication & Reporting Prepare and share daily/weekly project status reports for US/EU clients Participate in client calls and operational reviews as required Escalate risks, SLA breaches, or resource gaps proactively Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance records Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in: IT Project Coordination (Field Services / Support Operations) OR IT Recruitment / Resource Management for global projects Hands-on exposure to US/EU field services delivery models Strong understanding of: SLAs, KPIs, and escalation management Ticketing and work order processes Excellent written and verbal English communication Comfortable working in US/EU time zones Strong follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting Experience with ITSM / ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, Zoho, etc.) is a plus Preferred Qualifications Graduate preferably in computer science, BE, BTech Exposure to IT support roles such as Desktop Support, Network Support, Data Center Technicians Experience coordinating with vendors, freelancers or independent IT contractors across regions Key Competencies Strong ownership and accountability Attention to detail and process adherence Ability to handle high-volume, time-sensitive tasks Client-focused and delivery-oriented mindset Working Conditions Remote role (India-based) Shift alignment with US/EU business hours Stable internet connection and laptop required
