Job Purpose:

To coordinate with external vendors, internal IT team, and Business Departments on projects and ensure it is implemented to meet customer expectations, thereby ensuring smooth running of department functions.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager during the concept phase of a project, including planning, sizing, and cost estimation, ensuring the project aligns with IT management views and directions.
