Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator (Application Support & QA) to act as the key coordination point between internal teams, consultants, and developers. This role is responsible for clarifying system issues, documenting requirements, managing Jira tickets, coordinating development progress, performing manual testing, and ensuring smooth deployment to production.
Responsibilities
1. Internal Communication & Issue Clarification
- Receive and respond to system-related messages from internal teams.
- Clarify reported issues, including steps to reproduce, expected behavior, and priority.
- Communicate with internal users and new consult managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
- Ask developers for clarification when system behavior or flow is unclear.
2. Documentation & Request Management
- Document confirmed requirements, decisions, and solutions clearly.
