Job Summary


The IT Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders. This role ensures projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities


Assist IT Project Managers in planning and executing IT projects


Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation


Track project progress, milestones, risks, and issues


Maintain project plans, status reports, and dashboards


Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members


Support resource coordination across development, infrastructure, and support teams


Ensure adherence to project management standards and processes


Help manage change requests and project dependencies


Assist with testing coordination, deployments, and post-project reviews


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)


1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or project support


Basic understanding of IT systems, software development, or infrastructure


Familiarity with project management tools


Strong organizational and time-management skills


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Ability to work with cross-functional teams


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working in enterprise or multi-project environments
