A tech consultancy in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Service Delivery Manager / IT Project Manager to lead a software engineering team, overseeing project delivery and service quality. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in project management, certifications in PMI or ITIL, and the ability to manage third-party service providers. This is a fully on-site, full-time role with Monday to Friday working hours at their Petaling Jaya office.
