IT Project Manager

We are seeking a mid-level IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale IT projects that drive business development and transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in IT solution delivery and a hands-on approach to project execution. The position follows a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and secure project resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Act as the main liaison between IT, business units, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Clarify and document project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Monitor progress and manage risks, scope changes, schedules, and budgets.
• Track and report project performance via KPIs and status reports.
• Maintain structured documentation such as action logs, risk registers, and meeting minutes.
• Organize and lead project meetings, ensuring follow-up on decisions and tasks.
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing IT delivery projects.
• Experience handling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
• Experience in banking projects, particularly in loan-related systems, is considered a plus.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a strong asset.
