  • Knowledge of development, project management and support processes to be used in the rollout of the PMO transformation program
  • Extensive knowledge on the selected Demand Planning/PMO Tool (currently Wrike)
  • Consulting, scoping, creating and rolling out templates, blueprints, methodologies and governance standards for PMO
  • Training and coaching Project Managers and Project Specialists
  • Consulting, Scoping, Supporting, setting up SLAs and managing Internal Programs
  • Serving as a liaison between Clients, Operations, Project Teams, Infrastructure Teams, Analyst Teams and Development Teams
  • Managing Solutions to ensure timeous completions of projects across multiple programs
  • Ensuring goals are met, including customer satisfaction and quality
